HYDRO SEAL WARRANTY

One-Year Limited Warranty

Hydro Seal provides a one-year limited warranty for qualifying residential paver-sealing services. The included warranty begins when the original sealing service is completed and paid in full.

Subject to the written agreement, exclusions, maintenance requirements and claim procedures, it covers qualifying application-workmanship defects or qualifying sealer failure that causes peeling, chipping, flaking, yellowing or cracking of the sealer film.

Gradual loss of sheen, normal wear, color change, surface movement and expected weathering are not covered failures.

Optional Annual Warranty Maintenance

Customers may extend qualifying coverage to a maximum total term of three years from the original completion date by completing and paying for Hydro Seal's Annual Warranty Maintenance service before each current coverage period expires.

The first timely annual maintenance service extends qualifying coverage through year two. The second timely annual maintenance service extends qualifying coverage through year three. Maintenance does not restart the original three-year period.

Annual maintenance is optional, paid separately and evaluated for each project. Its fee, included work, payment terms and eligibility are disclosed and accepted separately. Customers who do not participate retain the included one-year limited warranty, subject to its terms.

Warranty Exclusions

Coverage does not apply to normal wear or expected weathering; efflorescence or mineral deposits; cracks or failure of the underlying material; ground movement, settling or base failure; drainage, flooding, standing water or subsurface moisture; weeds, algae, mold, mildew, insects or pests; joint-sand loss; staining; improper cleaning or pressure washing; chemicals, coatings, repairs or sealing by others; abuse, neglect, accidents, excessive traffic, construction, acts of nature, pre-existing conditions, or unpaid balances.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, notify Hydro Seal promptly during an active coverage period at 813-445-5798. Provide the service address, project information and reasonably requested photos or videos. Do not alter the affected area. Hydro Seal must be allowed to inspect the surface and a reasonable opportunity to correct a covered condition before third-party work is performed.

Coverage applies only to the original customer, original service address and specific surfaces serviced by Hydro Seal. It is not transferable unless Hydro Seal approves the transfer in writing. A claim is not approved until Hydro Seal evaluates the condition and confirms coverage.
