HYDRO SEAL WARRANTY

Hydro Seal provides a 3-year limited warranty on vehicle surfaces and a 4-year limited warranty on non vehicle surfaces against defects in workmanship and material failure of the sealer resulting in:

Cracking - Peeling - Chipping - Flaking - Yellowing

If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, Hydro Seal will, at its sole discretion: re-service the affected area, perform repairs, or refund the applicable invoice amount.

Do Not Pressure Wash

Pressure washing will damage the sealer, remove sand, and cause premature failure. Any pressure washing voids the warranty immediately.

Right to Re-Service & Repair By hiring Hydro Seal, you agree we have the first right to inspect and fix any claimed defects. Refunds are determined solely by Hydro Seal. We must be allowed to correct issues before any third-party work is performed on the surface.

Warranty & Maintenance Requirements

• Annual Maintenance: You must schedule Hydro Seal for maintenance between 10–15 months after service to maintain your warranty. (Annual service is between $100-$200 depending on size - Front driveways and walk ways are $100 - While Driveway, Walkway, and Pool Deck are $200)

What Will Void Your Warranty

• Improper Maintenance: Pressure washing, harsh chemicals, or abrasives.
• Unapproved Additions: Applying external chemicals, coatings, or additional sealers.
• Third-Party Work: Modifications or repairs by another contractor.
• Abuse & Neglect: Misuse, vehicle damage, or general neglect of the surface.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay in full or issuing a bad check.
