1. Inspect the Surface and Existing Sealer

2. Clean for the Actual Conditions

We use project-specific cleaning to remove built-up dirt, algae, organic growth and surface contamination, with attention to edges, joints and heavily soiled areas. Rust, oil, tire marks or failing sealer may require additional treatment, which we identify before sealing.

3. Dry, Check Moisture and Prepare the Joints

After cleaning, the surface is given adequate time to dry and conditions are checked before sealing. Missing or deteriorated joint sand is replenished where appropriate. Moisture, drainage, weather and joint condition all affect when the project is ready for sealer.

4. Select, Apply, Cure and Care

We select the sealer and finish according to the surface, porosity, existing coating and the result you want. Sealer is applied consistently using professional equipment. What warranty does Hydro Seal include?

Qualifying residential paver-sealing projects include a one-year limited warranty beginning when the original sealing service is completed and paid in full. Optional paid Annual Warranty Maintenance, completed before current coverage expires, may extend qualifying coverage through year two and then year three, for a maximum total term of three years from the original completion date.

Does paver sealing prevent all weeds and stains?

No. Proper preparation, joint sand and sealer can help stabilize joints, reduce absorption and make routine cleaning easier, but pavers are not made stain-proof, weed-proof or maintenance-free. Drainage, organic growth, spills, traffic and ongoing care still matter.
